Event Description
Every Monday at 6:30pm, Crossfit Iron Mary's hosts Workout & Worship. This is a free evening of fun for the whole family. Come ready for a good workout. It is never the same workout, but always fun! We finish the hour off with a lesson, sing a song or two, ending with prayer. You will be encouraged with laughs, friends and family. Be refreshed body, mind and spirit!! All are welcomed!
